Cobra Classic Carbon Shield Hood
Only state-of-the-art flame-resistant fabrics are used, assuring permanent flame and heat protection even after years of use and repeated laundering. Longer front and back drape design makes sure the hood stays tucked in even during the most strenuous activity. Other features include flat stitching and seamless chin area for better fit and comfort, 1/2˝W elastic face opening which stretches to a full 17˝ for easy donning and a snug fit, and bottom edge is bound with self-fabric bias binding. All Cobra hoods are UL classified to meet or exceed the NFPA 1971 Standard on Protective Ensemble for Structural Fire Fighting Current Edition.

Our VFD supplies us with white hoods, but I wanted a darker color. Purchased this unit to try out. Good fit and feel on my large head.
