Orchard ladders are designed for use on softer soil, and depend upon slight soil penetration to hold the ladder in a proper position. The Hard Surface kit can be retrofitted to your ladder to adapt it for use on hard, uneven surfaces. Consists of non-skid rubber pads, rubber feet, and aircraft cable which limits the swing of the third leg for stability.
