Traceable Long-Stem Digital Thermometer

Features a 0.14˝ diameter stainless steel probe that is resistant to most laboratory chemicals. The long stem allows you to easily make measurements while stirring solutions in deep vessels. Results are shown on a 0.25˝H LCD display. Designed for all oven and incubators. Includes an individually serial-numbered Traceable® Certificate indicating traceability to standards provided by NIST, a protective sleeve, and battery.

I have bought three of these thermometers. The first about 5-6 years ago. It no longer will read above 300F. I bought the second about 6-8 months ago when the LED on the first looked like it was failing. The second lasted only a couple of months. I just ordered the third. I keep getting these because I like the long thin stem which I haven't found elsewhere. Even paying shipping this is slightly cheaper than Amazon.
