Silky Pocketboy 170 Large Teeth Folding Saw
This sleek, compact saw features a rust-resistant blade with hard chrome plating. Precision-ground, razor sharp teeth provide fast, smooth cutting. Select a model with larger teeth for faster cutting, or choose a model with finer teeth for smooth, precision cuts. Large teeth saws are best for pruning and green wood. Medium teeth saws are best for soft wood. Fine teeth saws are best for hard wood and bamboo. Each blade resists the effects of tree resin and easily wipes clean. Silky saws are very sharp and quick to cut. The last Silky saws I bought though had too much play in the handle locked open position. My older Silky saws do not, so that's why I'm giving four stars not five. Hopefully, it was a bad run of saws.

First... fast shipping!
Second... I used my Pocketboy (fine teeth) right out of the box (10 minutes after getting it) on some fallen palm fronds. Wow! It cut through in no time. I was impressed.
I love the clear plastic case with the hook (can be used with a belt). The handle feels good, and it has a hole in it to hang on a peg or to run a cord through. It opens and closes really well (there is a screw to adjust the tension). The blade fits in the handle to make it a compact item. The blade has two notches in it by the pivot point. This allows the blade to be locked straight or at a slight angle.
This seems like the ideal tool for small quick jobs. I look forward to using it a lot!

Great for quick fine pruning of shrubs and small trees. Easy to store in your pocket or belt.
