Designed to fit Silky’s Hayauchi and Notch’s Sentei and Kiru poles, this ratchet-operated lopper head accessory offers precise, easy pruning of branches up to 2˝ diameter. The high carbon steel cutting blade has been fully heat-treated and Teflon-S coated to ensure smooth cutting. Other features include a double pulley system and a 4-position ratchet mechanism that allows lopping of thick branches with minimal effort. Comes with a tough, protective draw-string pouch.

small return spring constantly falls off. this cuts larger branches well, but to have the spring falling off, and losing it...can't cut anything.

I purchased the lopper head to use with my silky pole saw. It worked well but after 5 or 6 uses, one of the bolts sheared causing some parts to disassemble, fall off and get lost in the underlying landscape. So I now have a relatively new lopper head that is useless. The bolt that seared appears to be made of aluminum and is not strong enough. A $60 tool rendered useless due to an undersized $.25 bolt.
