I've had this puller for over 20 years it never failed until a small stainless steel reverse spring got weak enough that i had to hold the lever by hand to release the cable tension. I called customer service and had a new spring in hand within three days, at no charge! Massdam builds the highest quality winches you can buy. I own their strap and rope winches as well, they are all flawless and get the job done.
