Pretty lousy product, the rivets that hold the handle to the case fell out after a few months of light use, and the handle fell off. The rivets that hold the two side of the case together are also falling out. I really thought this tape would last a long time, as it is 100% steel and very expensive (our office was going through tapes with plastic casings every 6 months or so). So much for "you get what you pay for."
