A unique, flexible, open frame suspension system ensures optimal fit and air circulation, and the suspension can be switched for reverse donning. The ratchet mechanism's large knob allows for easy, one-handed adjustment, even with gloves on. Additional features include universal accessory slots on both sides, a soft neck pad, and a breathable, padded, perspiration-wicking sweatband and top pad that are machine washable. Class E, Type 1 hard hat is tested up to 20kV and meets ANSI Z89.1-2014, CSA Z94.1-15; EN12492:2012-4.2.1.2, 4.2.1.3, 4.2.1.4 (Front/Back/Side Impact).
