Large, Orange Viking Class 2 Surveyor Safety Vest

The 2” 3M Scotchlite™ reflective material on this vest is arranged in a 4” WCB/Worksafe/DOT configuration to provide outstanding visibility. The vest is constructed of heavy-duty polyester and features mesh underarm cooling ventilation panels. Also features eight Velcro-sealed pockets, a cell phone/radio pouch, four other pockets for storing small items, a large zippered pocket across the back area, survey tape dispenser grommets on the lower front pockets, ID patch/cell phone/radio clip bands on the upper left and right chest, and a safety D-ring access slot. Fully compliant with ANSI/ISEA 107-2010 Class 2, Level 2.

I like this vest: it has a lot of pockets and the back pocket is very nice: The pencil pockets are too shallow and I lost my favorite pencil out of one :( Sometimes the pockets don't velcro closed and things fall out.

These vests have a lot of handy pockets, and they have held up well over the past four years of use. The breast pocket will hold a standard survey field book. Inside pockets are roomy for flagging, 60D spikes, etc. Rear pouch is nice, too, if you don't have to put a pack on over your vest. I've used mine in the field 2-3 days a week for the past four years. Some seams are wearing out, but it's cosmetic stuff; the vest still functions as it should.

I normally use Filson Cruising Vest but needed a Hi-Vis vest for a specific job. Bought this Viking Surveyors Vest and Im extremely impressed. I would/will buy this product again.
