I highly recommend these snake chaps. I have used them while hunting for the last two seasons and they have held up great, they still look like they are brand new. This was my first time ordering from forestry-suppliers and I have no complaints. Ordering was painless and the shipping was fast.

First of all, there was ULTRA-FAST shipping of this product. I ordered it on a Friday and got it the following Monday (2.5 days). The item arrived in perfect condition. I have not yet used them, but tried them on and am absolutely certain they'll work perfectly for the primary use for which I bought them- brush guards when I'm walking through thick woods. Unsure whether they'll protect me from snake bites, but have zero reason to suspect they won't at least help in that regard. My only advice is to subtract an inch or two from your inseam measurement when you order. These chaps are very rigid and your crotch area will benefit from the extra space. I cannot give enough thanks for the ultra-fast processing of my order and shipping. A great company that deserves your support.

Do these snake chaps provide full length protection? How high up do the zippers go? Do these snake chaps provide full length protection? How high up do the zippers go?
The chaps have been tested for full length protection against Wester Diamondback Rattlesnakes. From the knee down you have three layers of protection and from the knee up you have two layers of protection. The picture shows how the zipper comes just above knee height.
