Stay in place while wearing. Great coverage while wearing shorts. Wrap them around your weed eater shaft when not using to keep from misplacing

What are the measurements of these, width and length? Do they come in sizes or are they one size fits all? What are the measurements of these, width and length? Do they come in sizes or are they one size fits all?
27.5” from top of chap to bottom of flap that will cover laces of boots or shoes. 15.75” wide at the top. 11” wide at the bottom. The chaps are one size fits most and they have a lot of adjust with Velcro to fit the chaps on larger are skinnier legs. You cannot make them shorter or longer.
