NASTEK Plant Stress Detection Glasses

See plant and turf stress 2 to 10 days before it is visible to the naked eye! Utilizing technology developed by NASA scientists, the premium quality polycarbonate lens blocks out the green spectrum reflected from chlorophyll found in healthy vegetation by making it appear black or gray. Plants and turf impacted by drought, disease, or poor nutrition appear as glowing red, coral, or pink. The polycarbonate frame provides a comfortable wraparound fit, and the quick change snap-in lens system allows you to exchange the plant stress detection lens for the included flame copper sun protection lens (400 nanometer UV A-B-C). Soft case included.

Greetings! I have a question about the Greetings! I have a question about the "quick change snap-in lens system." I'm terrified of breaking the glasses. Or the frame. Can you tell me what to do to swap these lenses out without breaking anything permanently?
You don’t need to be afraid of breaking them. The snap-in lenses are designed to be swapped out routinely, and when done correctly they won’t damage the lenses or the frame. Here’s how to change them safely: Start with the glasses in your hand and the lens you want to install or remove. Support the frame so it doesn’t flex or twist too much. When removing a lens, use your thumb and forefinger on the edges of the lens near one of the corners. Gently press inwards on the small release notch at the top or bottom corner until the lens pops free from the frame. Work slowly and don’t force it. To install a lens, first align the top edge of the lens with the top of the frame. Once the top is seated in the frame groove, gently press along the bottom edge. You should feel or hear a slight click as the snap-in tabs engage. The glasses are built so the lenses snap into place with light, even pressure. Do not bend the frame excessively while swapping lenses. If you support the frame with one hand and work the lens with your other hand, there’s minimal risk of anything breaking. In short, handle the lenses gently around the frame edges, work one corner at a time, and avoid twisting the frame. This way, the quick-change system is robust and user-friendly.
