Insect Shield Cargo Pants, 30 x 30
These cargo pants are made of breathable 7.5 oz. 100% cotton canvas, combining comfort, insect protection, and plenty of pockets. EPA-registered Insect Shield binds a proprietary permethrin formula tightly to fabric fibers to ensure odorless insect protection that lasts through 70 washings. Repels mosquitoes, ticks, ants, flies, chiggers, and more. Jean-style front pockets with rivet reinforcements, a coin pocket, cargo pockets on the outside of each leg, and back patch pockets with a reinforced double layer. Triple-needle stitched at the side seam, inseam, and crotch. Color: Stone.

What happens after 70 washings? will the insect protection end?
The effectiveness of the insect treatment is not as good after 70 washing. The garment can still be worn and you could retreat it with something like Sawyers Permethrin, item 25252 or Repel, item 25221.
What is the shrinkage factor of these pants? In other words, how much shorter will a 32-inch inseam be after washing and drying? Best wishes. -Robert
They are pre-shrunk. I have a pair that fit exactly the same way they fit as new.
