The length of the blades make it easy to reach into shrubs to trim them. The handles are well balanced and comfortable to hold and work for long periods of time without getting fatigued.

I love my long handled, light weight shears for gardening. Makes my work easier. My sister owned a pair which I used and had to have. Took information off her set to order.

They are a great and cheaper alternative to to Stihl’s hand shears, even good as my 250 dollar pair. The handles are just the right design to feel like an extension of my arms.
