This splitting maul sledge axe is ideal for splitting logs and large chunks of wood. Features a hardened striking face in the neck. Can be used as a sledge or in combination with a splitting wedge. The 5.5 lb. head is attached to the 32" handle using both a wooden and a steel wedge for secure fastening. Includes leather edge cover.
