The TT-6 will count passing cars and trucks continuously, but can also be set to shut off automatically after a number of days (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, or 7). Features interval timing that allows you to measure during specific periods of time during the day (from 9:00 to 11:00 for example). Setup is easy. Just attach the base unit to any permanent fixture and run the included road tube across the area you’d like to monitor. A single vehicle count is recorded for every two strokes of the road tube (to account for the front and rear tires). Readings are shown on a seven-digit LCD, which has a convenient magnet reset. Includes a counter, key and padlock, 100´L section of 1/4˝ I.D. road tube, four “figure 8” road tube grips, nails, 6˝L security tie-down and five-year lithium battery with a calculated shelf life of 10 years. Accurate for vehicles traveling from 7–100 mph. User-selectable low speed setting (2–20 mph.) is better for parks. Base units measure 3˝H x 3-1/2˝W x 5-1/2˝D.
