Garlon XRT Herbicide, 30 Gallon
Few herbicides offer the flexibility of Garlon XRT! Can be used for site prep, mid-rotation release, forest roadside brush removal, and establishment of wildlife openings. Controls annual and perennial broadleaf weeds in forests and forest roadsides. Effective on multiple woody species, including sweetgum and cherry while providing equivalent control of dogwood and gallberry. High-load formulation (6.3 lbs. a.e./gallon) translates into more treated acres per gallon, less handling, and fewer containers. Low-odor formula won’t harm desirable grasses and causes less environmental impact than products that contain petroleum distillates. No restriction on livestock grazing treated areas for applications up to 3L/ha. (3 to 5 L/ha: Do not graze or harvest green forage from treated area for 14 days following treatment. No grazing restriction for beef livestock if less than 25% of the grazed area has been treated.) Active ingredient is 83.9% triclopyr butoxyethyl ester.
