Light, effective, surprisingly comfortable and wearable. I use them for back-country fly fishing where there are lots of big deadly snakes. But BEWARE - cross a fast flowing river in these and the current can catch them and take them right off your legs. They float just enough to kiss them goodbye...which is why I'm buying another pair....and will be putting a strap or two on them!
